Submit Your Pitch
Deadline: Thursday September 23rd 6pm BST
We ask that you submit your Pitch before the deadline. Once all submissions are in we will select 10 Finalist Teams to present at the Demo Day. We will announce the 10 Finalists by Friday September 24th 12pm, at the Demo Day session. We encourage all Hackers to attend the demo day, and get ready to present.
During the Demo day we will play the video recordings you submitted for you pitch (5 Mins) and we will ask that you attend a LIVE Q&A session with the Judges Panel to go a bit deeper on your business and product. Each Team will have a 10 minute slot in total in front of the judges. The selection of the TOP 3 Winners and the People’s Choice Awards will happen at the end of the session ( we will have a 10 minute break), and then the Winners will be announced.

To submit your pitch please upload your pitch deck in gslides or PDF, and a video of your team presenting your business and your product demo ). The maximum recording time should be 5 minutes. Let us know if you have any questions on help@safecircles.com
Criteria For Finalists & Winners Selection
Submissions are evaluated on
§ Relevance to the Hackathon theme - alignment to one of the 5 Missions or the overall theme of Women’s Safety across Missions (1/3 weighting in scoring);
§ Innovativeness and value created for future users and customers, viability of the business and quality of the demo (1/3 weighting in scoring); and
§ Quality of the team, including technical expertise, business expertise, understanding of the thematic area, commitment to the project and ability to pitch it (1/3 weighting in scoring).
